 What is your refund or exchange policy?

- I don't offer refunds on any handmade items. I understand that may be inconvenient, however, due to COVID restrictions, being a small business, as well as the time it takes to make every individual piece, I am only able to offer exchanges after the item is shipped back to me. You are provided 1 week to exchange an item, afterwards I am no longer liable for any damaged items. Your item will then be sent back to you within 1-2 weeks. Thank you for understanding.

For jewelry pieces, I make sure to inspect every piece before I ship to every individual. After the item is shipped I am not liable for damages during transportation. I’m able to offer you a partial refund between 1-5 business days only when the item has been delivered to you, if the item is visibly broken (cracks and small imperfections are not warranted for a return, but I can exchange it for you for something within the same price range ($5 difference). Past this deadline I am no longer obligated or responsible for a damaged item. 

What are the payment methods I accept?

- Amex, Visa, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, Shop Pay. For Custom orders I only accept Zelle. 

How do I go about ordering custom items?

- I offer a select range of custom styles I can do. If you have an idea in mind, send me a picture or explanation of what you want created. If I am unable to do so, I will let you know immediately, however if it is within my capabilities I will email you for further detail as well as pricing. Custom items are priced higher because of the extra time it takes for me to create pieces that aren't on my site. Please understand that the time for a custom item to be created ranges from 1-2 weeks for tops and 3-4 weeks for dresses. Thank you. 

What is your size chart based on? 

- I have a size chart based on standard US sizing. Please understand that yarn stretches however I need exact measurements to make the piece truly true 222 you. If you have any questions about sizing, please don't hesitate to send me an email. 

Why haven't I received my order yet? 

- Please understand that every custom order is being hand made stitch by stitch by one person. I take my time to perfect every order to make sure you are sent quality pieces that will last. Handmade items are already so fragile, so patience is a key factor in the production of a each creation. I understand time limits so please refrain from ordering pieces if you need them ASAP. I appreciate the support from everyone who takes the time out of their day to purchase something from me however I am only one person and can only do so much. My mental health comes first before anything else, even though I make sure to prioritize orders as well so if an item is delayed please don't hesitate to email or DM me and I'll inform you on the status of your order. How to care for my garment? 

- The best and gentlest way to wash any hand knit item is hand wash using a mild detergent and use cold water.
