Refund policy

WORLDSRIOT X EPHEMERAL offer exchanges exclusively, and do not accept returns on any items. Should you encounter a sizing issue or wish to apply credit towards a new piece, an exchange is applicable. Please note that only unworn items can be exchanged, and they must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. A return label will be sent to you through Shopify. 

The processing of exchanges will align with my original made-to-order turnaround time [3-4 WEEKS]

I reserve the right to decline any exchanges that do not adhere to my specified policies and conditions. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
